Too Much to Hold A Somatic Grief + Regulation Kit for Late or Self-Diagnosed ND Moms
A Somatic Grief + Regulation Kit for Late or Self-Diagnosed ND Moms
For the mother who’s trying to stay calm while breaking open.
For the woman who just realized her entire life has been one long unrecognized adaptation.
For the ND human who needs to feel without falling apart.
Inside, you’ll find:
A short essay on what we swallowed and why we still carry it
A nervous system map to name where you go when it’s too much
A simple reflection journal for when your words feel stuck
A 1-page re-entry tool to come back to yourself
A letter that says what you needed to hear when you were 10, 17, 34
This kit won’t fix everything.
But it will remind you: you are not broken. You are not failing.
You are finally feeling.
You can still be grieving and growing.
You can still be regulating and unraveling.
You can still be healing while your child screams from the other room and dinner is burning.
This is grief.
This is release.
This is the beginning of return.
And no you don’t have to do it alone.
With you in this uprising,
Stacey
Equity + Access: The Green Bottle Model
Every resource here is built on equity, access, and community care the heartbeat of the Neurodivergent Uprising.
Our Green Bottle model is a social-justice-based sliding scale designed to honor financial realities while sustaining this work for the long term. It’s how we ensure that support for ND mothers and families remains accessible without shame or gatekeeping.
Our model has four tiers:
🌞 Abundance Tier $22 Standard rate + 5%. You sustain your family and help another access support. Community care in action.
🌟 Standard Tier 1 $20 The actual cost of services and resources. For families who can pay without strain. Sustains this work long-term.
🌿 Reduced Tier 2 $ 17 For families meeting basic needs but stretched by therapy, tutoring, or debt. Accessible without creating hardship.
🌱 Community Tier 3 $ 10 For families under significant financial pressure. No shame, no proof, no gatekeeping. Everyone deserves access.
When you’re ready to purchase or book a service, simply choose the tier that feels right for your family.
If you’re unsure, here’s the only question you need to ask yourself:
“At what rate can I say yes to this support without putting my family in crisis and still honor the value of the work?”
Because when we resource one another, mothers rise not through force, but through softness, strategy, and soul.
